SHIPPING POLICIES AND TAT (TURNAROUND TIME)

Shipping

Layered Luxe Designs offers standard shipping with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority and all UPS services. Unless shipping is paid for Layered Luxe Designs will choose the shipping carrier.. Once your order is processed and shipped standard shipping could take 2-7 business days. During Holiday Season, Processing time will not change, but Shipping/Transit time can be longer. If you are in a frenzy for your order consider using a faster UPS option at checkout for delivery. Please note that UPS Ground Saver ships with UPS but will be delivered with USPS. Orders ship from Frankfort, KY, USA. Orders placed after 2pm count towards the next business day for TAT.

"Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 business days and USPS Tracking service is included in the price."

"Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days."

"UPS Ground gives you cost-effective, reliable ground delivery within one to five business days. You also get free tracking information for your shipment, 24/7."

"For important, but not critical shipments, use two-day or three-day options like UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select."

"For urgent shipments, use UPS Next Day Air for time-definite, next day delivery by morning, noon or end-of-day, depending on your needs."

TAT

Our average processing time is 3-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. This does not change regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout. TAT begins the next business day from when your order is placed. Order processing runs Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm est. 

International Shipping

Shipping fees are an estimate and are subject to change.  If the cost of postage is higher than that charged at checkout please except an additional  invoice may be sent to cover the additional shipping costs. Layered Luxe Designs is not responsible for any additional fees incurred through shipping internationally.

 

By purchasing our products, you the buyer, assumes all responsibility and liability.  Layered Luxe Designs waives all responsibility and liability to the customer once items have been sold and shipped.
